Effects of Yiqitongluo Formula on Endothelial Cells and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Coronary Microvascular Disease

Abstract：Objective:To observe the effects of Yiqitongluo formula on endothelial cells and inflammatory factors in patients with coronary microvascular disease.Methods:Ninety-eight patients with coronary microvascular disease were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 49 patients in each group.The patients of control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the patients of observation group were treated with Yiqitongluo formula on the basis of conventional western medicine.The course of treatment in both groups was 3 months,and the follow-up was 6 months.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,angina pectoris symptoms and exercise treadmill test(Duke)scores,levels of endothelial cells and inflammatory factors[endothelin-1(ET-1),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS),nitric oxide(NO),superoxide dismutase(SOD)],adverse cardiovascular events,repeated hospitalizations,and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results:Compared with data before treatment,the levels of ET-1,CRP,and IL-6 were low,the levels of eNOS,NO and SOD were high in the observation group after treatment,and the levels of ET-1 and IL-6 were all low,NO and SOD were all high in the control group after treatment,while those in the observation group were superior to those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The total effective rates of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and angina pectoris in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Compared with data before treatment,the Duke score of exercise plate in both groups after treatment decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).There was significant difference in the incidence of repeated hospitalization between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Yiqitongluo formula combined with conventional western medicine could improve the levels of endothelial cells,inflammatory factors,clinical symptoms of patients with coronary microvascular disease,and reduce the rate of rehospitalization to a certain extent,with high safety.
