Analysis of Prescription Patterns for Chronic Heart Failure Syndrome of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Based on Latent Structure Model and Association Rules

Abstract：Objective:To explore the prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for treating chronic heart failure with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and to provide reference for clinical application.Methods:Literature related to TCM treatment of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wipro Chinese Full-text Database of Scientific and Technological Journals(VIP),Wanfang Database and China Biomedical Literature Database were respectively searched,and qualified literature information was extracted and a database was established.The retrieval period was from self-built to July 1,2023.Lantern 5.0 and Rstudio software were respectively used to conduct latent structure model and association rule analysis on TCM with a frequency of ≥3％,and combined with frequency descriptions,the usage patterns of TCM for the treatment of chronic heart failure with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were explored.Results:A total of 284 literatures were included,involving 155 TCM flavors,with a cumulative frequency of 2 897.High-frequency TCM included astragalus,salvia miltiorrhiza,chuanxiong,licorice,angelica,etc.The main functions of the drug were tonifying deficiency,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and rehydrating and oozing dampness.The property of medicine were sweet,bitter,and pungent.The flavors were warm and flat.The attributive channel were heart,liver,spleen,lung meridian.Commonly used prescriptions were Buyang Huanwu Decoction,Baoyuan Decoction,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and so on.A total of 13 latent variables,28 latent classes,6 comprehensive clustering models,and 8 core formulas were obtained by latent structure analysis.Association rule analysis obtained 26 strong association rules,of which 16 showed two strong association rules,such as peach kernel→safflower,atractylodes→poria;10 showed three strong association rules,such as astragalus+peach kernel→safflower,licorice+astragalus→ligusticum chuanxiong.Conclusion:Chronic heart failure syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis are the syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in excess,the syndrome of Qi deficiency are the basic cause,phlegm and fluid stasis,and the syndrome of Qi stagnation are signs.Clinical treatment with supplementing Qi and replenishing deficiency,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis as the core,followed by warming Yang Tongli,clearing water and resolving phlegm,regulating Qi and dispersing stagnation.
