Abstract：This paper reviews the clinical and mechanism research progress of Yangxin Shi Pills in the treatment of dual heart-related diseases. The modern theory of dual heart emphasizes improving cardiovascular symptoms while taking into account mental symptoms. The "Inner Canon" also mentions that 'when the blood vessels are smooth, the spirit resides,' indicating that if the blood vessels are not harmonious, the heart and mind will lack nourishment, and the pulse will not contain the spirit, so heart-related diseases are often accompanied by mental disorders such as insomnia and depression. Yangxin Shi Pills have the effects of invigorating qi, promoting blood circulation, resolving stasis, relieving pain, and nourishing the heart and calming the spirit, and are widely used in the clinical practice of treating heart diseases such as Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Yangxin Shi Pills can simultaneously improve patients' mental symptoms.
