Abstract:Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is an important revascularization method for treating coronary heart disease, but postoperative recurrent angina pectoris is a common problem. Modern medicine often uses drugs such as tirofiban and nicorandil or mechanical methods such as thrombus aspiration to prevent and treat coronary microcirculation disorders, but these approaches do not achieve satisfactory therapeutic effects. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment of coronary microcirculation disorders through methods such as herbal medicine, acupuncture, and qigong can significantly relieve clinical symptoms, improve coronary microcirculation, and enhance quality of life. This review summarizes the research progress on TCM treatment of coronary microcirculation disorders, aiming to provide diagnostic and therapeutic insights for the integrated treatment of coronary microcirculation disorders with traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
