The Rule and Dosage of Prescription for Treating Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease by Famous Chinese Medicine Practitioners Transferred to Beijing

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the rule and dosage of prescription for treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease by famous Chinese medicine practitioners transferred to Beijing.Methods:A total of 104 prescriptions for treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were collected and sorted out.The frequency statistics,association rules and new prescriptions were analysed using the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing System(TCMICS)V3.0.The Cytoscape 3.7.2 software was applied to extract the core drugs and calculate the related dosage.Results:The commonly used single drugs for treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were Trichosanthes kirilowii,Allii macrostemonis,Salvia miltiorrhiza.Medical nature was mainly warm and cold.The main effect of the drug was tonifying deficiency,activating blood circulation and resolving blood stasis.The common drug pairs included Trichosanthes kirilowii-Allii macrostemonis,Allii macrostemonis-Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort,and Trichosanthes kirilowii-Pinellia.The core drugs were Salvia miltiorrhiza,Glycyrrhizae radix,and Allii macrostemonis.Cluster analysis found 5 types of syndrome,including phlegm turbidity-blocking syndrome and heart blood stasis obstruction syndrome.Conclusion:The treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease by famous Chinese medicine practitioners transferred to Beijing was based on the principle of deficiency and excess simultaneously.The treatment principle was mainly to supplement deficiency,invigorate blood and rectify Qi.The treatment was mainly based on the classical prescriptions such as Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction,and core drugs,new prescriptions and dosages had been formed.
