The Application Rules of Modern Chinese Medicine for the Treatment of Refractory Hypertension Based on Data Mining

Abstract：Objective:Based on the data mining technology,the prescription and medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for treating refractory hypertension were analyzed.Methods:Clinical research literatures related to the treatment of refractory hypertension with traditional Chinese medicine were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WanFang Data,Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),China Biomedical Literature Service System(SinoMed),PubMed and Web of Scinece databases from January 2003 to January 2023.The frequency,favors and meridian tropism of the drugs included in the prescription were analyzed.IBM SPSS Model 18.0 and IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 software were used to analyze the association rules and clustering of high frequency drugs.Results:Eighty-four literatures meeting the standard were included,133 TCM prescriptions,142 TCM flavors,and the cumulative frequency was 1 416 times.The most frequently used TCM were niugenu(50.37％),rattan(48.12％),gastrodia elata(40.60％),red peony root(37.59％).The drug properties were cold and flat.The taste of medicine were mainly sweet,bitter and sour.Liver,heart and kidney channels were the main channels.The main efficacy of the drug were to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,tonifying deficiency,clearing heat and extinguishing wind.By association rule analysis,the combinations of peach kernel-safflower,peach kernel-angelica-Chuangxiong,Gouteng-Chuangxiong-Achyranthes radix were obtained.The cluster analysis showed there were 7 potential basic prescriptions for treatment of refractory hypertension.A total of 10 common factors were extracted by factor analysis.Conclusion:Refractory hypertension is a syndrome of deficiency and deficiency,with"blood stasis"is the most important.The treatment method are mainly to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,with filling the virtual,calming the liver,and raising Yin,etc.The nourishing serum brain particles,peach red siwu soup,xuefu zhuyu erchen decoction,pueraria gastrodia elata hook vine drink,add flavoured yellow soup,clear liver blood pressure capsule,Liuwei Dihuang Wan,Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction,and other common basic parties were developed.
