Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of Quanzhen Yiqi Decoction and Buyang Huanwu Decoction on myocardial energy metabolism and inflammatory factors in chronic heart failure(CHF)rats based on boost Qi and invigorate blood therapy. Methods:Thirty healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group and Chinese medicine group, with 10 rats in each group. The CHF model was established by intraperitoneal injection of adriamycin, and the Chinese medicine group was given Quanzhen Yiqi Decoction combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction.Adenosine triphosphate(ATP),adenosine diphosphate(ADP),adenosine monophosphate(AMP),interleukin 6(IL-6)and N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).miR-21 was detected by quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).Results:Compared with the control group,ATP,ADP and AMP in the model group decreased(P<0.05),while the expressions of IL-6,NT-proBNP and miR-21 increased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,ATP,ADP and AMP in the Chinese medicine group increased(P<0.05),IL-6,NT-proBNP and miR-21 decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Boost Qi and invigorate blood therapy could significantly improve energy supply of myocardium, reduce inflammation and improve cardiac function in rats with CHF.
