Medication Rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Treating Chronic Heart Failure with Diuretic Resistance Based on Data Mining

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of heart failure combined with diuretic resistance,in order to provide reference for the clinical medication of heart failure combined with diuretic resistance.Methods:Literatures related to heart failure combined with diuretic resistance in China Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),WanFang Data Knowledge Service Platform(WanFang)and VIP Chinese Science and Technology database(VIP)were searched.Microsoft Excel 2021 software was used to extract the prescription information,and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0,Cytoscape,and SPSS Statistics 27.0.1 were used to perform medication frequency,nature and flavor attribution statistics,association rule analysis,cluster analysis,and factor analysis of the medications used for the treatment of heart failure combined with diuretic resistance.Results:A total of 65 prescriptions were screened for the treatment of heart failure combined with diuretic resistance,involving 114 Chinese medicines.The high-frequency drugs included Poria,Astragalus,Atractylodes macrocephala,Radix Polygoni Multiflori,and Ramulus Cinnamomi.The medicinal nature was mostly warm,the flavors were mainly sweet and acrid,the channel entry were mainly spleen,lung,heart and kidney,and the efficacy categories were mostly deficiency tonic medicines.The association rules showed several core drug pairs,such as"Atractylodes macrocephala-Poria"and"Radix Polygoni Multiflori-Poria".Cluster analysis classified the drugs into 4 categories,and factor analysis extracted 8 common factors.Conclusion:The basic pathogenesis of heart failure combined with diuretic resistance was deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,and the treatment principles were based on warming Yang and fortify the spleen,cleaning the lung and promoting diuresis,invigorate blood and dissolve stasis,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
