Abstract:Objective:The arrhythmia complicated with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)infection has been increasingly recognized. We study the literature of arrhythmia related to COVID-19 to explore the research status and hot spots in this field, and predict the future trend, provid reference for future researchers. Methods:Web of Science's core dataset was selected, bibliometric and visual analysis was performed for each study, and knowledge maps were generated using CiteSpace and VOSviewer software. Results:A total of 768 articles were identified,319 countries/territories and 4366 institutions contributed to these publications, led by the United States,Italy and China, the leading research institutions were Mayo Clinic and Harvard Medical School. The New England Journal of Medicine was the most frequently cited journal in the field.Among the 6687 authors,Arbelo Elena wrote the most studies, and Guo T was co-cited the most times.Atrial fibrillation was the most common keyword. Conclusion:With the outbreak of COVID-19,the research on novel/progressive arrhythmia events caused by COVID-19 is booming.Future research may prompt further exploration of the mechanism of tachyarrhythmias/bradycardia after COVID-19 infection.
