Abstract：Articles related to Tongmai Yangxin Pills for the treatment of arrhythmias were searched from CNKI,WanFang,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science and other databases.The formulation basis of Tongmai Yangxin Pills,the mechanism of action of Tongmai Yangxin Pills in the treatment of arrhythmias,the effect of ventricular extrasystole,ventricular tachycardia,atrial extrasystole,atrial fibrillation,sinus bradycardia and arrhythmia induced by drugs were sorted out.Tongmai Yangxin Pills showed certain curative effect on different types of arrhythmias,and it combined with other drug could be more effective.The research direction of Tongmai Yangxin Pills was reviewed to provide reference for clinical and scientific research.
