Abstract:Due to the continuous growth of the aging population, the burden of cardiovascular disease in China is increasing.Cardiac rehabilitation is performed through comprehensive interventions such as exercise, psychology, drugs, health education, and lifestyle changes to improve patients'quality of life, improve cardiovascular prognosis, and help patients to return to families and society.China's regional economic development is extremely uneven, rural and remote areas lack professional rehabilitation facilities, and the existing cardiac rehabilitation model is difficult to promote and implement with a large scale in the near future. On the basis of inheriting the essence of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)rehabilitation theory, academician Chen Keji's rehabilitation thought of"integration of motion and quietness",combining with the research progress of modern cardiac rehabilitation medicine, and based on the work experience of national clinical medical research center of TCM cardiovascular diseases, our team has proposed to establish a cardiac rehabilitation theory of"harmony of body and spirit".
