Efficacy of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection Combined with Trimetazidine in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris:a Meta-analysis

Abstract:Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods The randomized controlled trials(RCTs)Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with trimetazidine for unstable angina pectoris were retrieved from PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,PEDro,NTIS,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and Wanfang database,VIP databases.Meta-anaIysis was performed by RevMan 5.3 software.Results Tweleve RCTs were enrolled,with 1 015 patients.Meta -analysis showed that Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with trimetazidine could significantly improve the clinical efficacy[OR=5.01,95% CI(3.37,7.46)],effectively reduce the frequency of angina pectoris[MD=-1.16,95% CI(-1.45,-0.86)],shorten the time of pain[MD=-4.52,95% CI(-6.35,-2.68)],reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin[MD=-0. 93,95% CI(-1.49,-0.38)].Conclusion Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with trimetazidine can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of unstable angina pectoris.
