Effect of Different Osmotic Pressure on Microinflammatory and Nutritional Status in Patients with CKD3~4
Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of high and low osmotic pressure colon dialysis combined with Chinese medicine retention enema on the microinflammatory and nutritional status of CKD 3 - 4 in patients with chronic kidney disease. Methods: 120 CKD3 - 4 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 62) and control group (n = 58). On the basis of rou旧tm trea瓜tme臼nt, the treatment group was treated with high osmotic pressure (320 mosm ? kg ? H2 0) , colon lavage dialysis solution, then low osmotic pressure and 280 mosm / kg ? H20 compound rhubarb purgative solution for traditional Chinese medicine retention ene ma. The control group was treated by colonic dialysis with low osmotic pressure of 280mosm / kg ? H20 and then with low - osmotic pressure of 280mosm / kg ? H2 0) with rhubarb purgative solution retention enema colon dialysis. The course of treatment was 1 month. Before and after treatment, the changes of Alb were observed in the serum of Ccr , hs - CRP, IL - 6 , TNF - (X and SOD. Hb, AP and the changes of Alb were observed before and after treatment. ResuIts: CoucIusiou: High osmotic isothermal colon dialysis can significantly improve the microinflammation, antioxidant and nutritional status of CKD patients, delay the progression of renal function and prolong the time of non - dialysis treatment. It is a safe, effective and easy to be accepted by patients, and has a certain clinical application value.
