Analysis on the Rules of Contemporary TCM Diagnosis and Treatment of Hypertension with Phlegm and Blood Stasis Syndrome Based on Data Mining

Abstract：Objective To explore the rules of contemporary traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diagnosis and treatment of hyperten-sion with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome based on data mining.Methods Forty-three Chinese medical records were collected by China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang database and VIP database on the treatment of hypertension with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.The data was collected and database was established by Excel 2007.The statistical data,association rules and cluster analysis were used to analyze the data by using SPSS Statistics 22 and Clementine 12.0.Results Four methods of diagnosis information,frequency statistics,association rules and clustering combinations of high-frequency drugs were obtained by software analysis. Conclusion Dizziness,pulse string,dark tongue,pulse slippery,greasy fur,chest tightness were the main symptoms in hypertension with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Anorexia,fatigue,poor sleep,and palpitations were main companying symptoms.Medicines were mainly used for phlegm-resolving,blood-activating,rushing down,and with the ones for nourishing liver and kidney and making qi blood descending.There was significant correlating and clustering relationship between the four methods diagnosis information and Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine.It is of clinical significance for explore the rules of contemporary TCM diagnosis and treatment of hypertension with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome based on data mining.
