Analysis on Medication Regularity in Professor Chen Jinghe's Prescriptions for Hypertension Based on Data Mining

Abstract：Objective To analyze the experience of Professor Chen Jinghe in treating hypertension.Methods The prescriptions for primary hypertension of Professor Chen,which were from March,2014 to January,2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,were put into the Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance support platform.Composing principles were analyzed by using data mining methods such as revised mutual information,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster.Results Base on the analysis of 350 prescriptions,the frequency of each herb and association rules among the herbs were computed,22 core combinations and 11 new prescriptions were mined from the database.Conclusion Professor Chen treats hypertension by supplementing Qi and strengthening spleen,eliminating dampness and resolving phlegm,calming the liver and suppressing Yang,leading the blood down as the auxiliary.
