Research on TCM Syndrome Features of 2 010 Cases with Angina Pectoris in Haikou

Abstract:Objective To investigate the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome in patients with angina pectoris syndromes in Haikou,and explore the possible prevention and intervention of TCM.Methods The data of 2 010 diagnosed patients with angina pectoris in Haikou were collected,the syndrome differentiation was analyzed.Results The TCM syndrome elements of angina pectoris were qi-deficiency,yin-deficiency,yang-deficiency,blood stasis,phlegm turbidity,phlegmheat,qi stagnation,toxic heat,cold coagulation.The occurrence frequency of blood-stasis counted for 91.5%,followed by qi-deficiency,phlegm turbidity.The main pattern of syndromes were qi deficiency and phlegm silt,blood stasis due to Qi deficiency,qi and yin deficiency,stagnation of heart-blood,qi-denficiency and phlegm heat blood stasis syndrome.Conclusion Blood stasis is the most common syndrome factor of angina pectoris.Qi deficiency and phlegm silt is the most common syndrome pattern.
