Abstract：Wilson's disease is one of the most common diseases of neurogenetic diseases due to the mutation of ATP7B gene cau sing metabolism disorder of copper.In the present clinical treatments,we pay more attention to liver protection,and ignore the protection of the brain.The brain is the most damageable organs in copper.Copper deposits within the brain tissue,causing extrapyramidal symptoms as the main performance of the clinical symptoms.So brain protection is an indispensable therapeutic principles to Wilson's disease.
