Effects of Ningxin Huoxue Prescription on the Clinical Efficacy, Blood Lipid and Hemorheology in Elderly Female Patient with Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Ningxin Huoxue prescription (NHP) on blood lipid,hemorheology and other laboratory parameters in elderly female patient with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods The elderly female patient with CHD were selected in our hospital from March 2015 to May 2016,and divided into two groups:control group treated with western medicine routine treatment,and treatment group treated with NHP for 1 month.The blood lipids,hemorheology indicators and enzymes were observed before and after treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group than that in control group (97.4％ vs 83.0％,x2 =4.596,P =0.032).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,triglyceride in treatment group were lower than that in control group (t =4.242,2.116,2.789,P ＜0.05).The level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in treatment group was higher than that in control group (t =-4.519,P ＜0.001).The levels of plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,hematocrit,and coagulation factors in treatment group were lower than that in control group (t =2.526,P =0.007;t =4.157,P ＜0.001;t =5.324,P ＜0.001;t =2.072,P =0.021).The levels of creatine kinase,isoenzyme of creatine kinase,N-terminal pro-brain nitric peptide,and cardiac troponin Ⅰ in treatment group were lower than that in control group (t=11.489,4.815,58.169,18.546,P ＜ 0.001).Conclusion NHP has a better therapeutic effect,and can significantly improve the blood lipids.and hemorheology indicators in elderly female patient with CHD.
