Efficacy and Safety of Dunye Guanxinning in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris:a Meta-analysis

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Dunye Guanxinning in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with meta-analysis.Methods CN KI,VIP,CBM,WanFang,PubMed and Cochrane Library were electronically searched to collect qualified researches for evaluating.The data was analysed by the heterogeneity test meta analysis and sensitivity analysis.Results Six randomized controlled trials (RCTs) involving 921 patients with poor general quality were included.Results of meta analyses showed that compared with the control drug group,Dunye Guanxinning can significantly improve the efficacy of angina pectoris in patients [RR =0.13,95％ CI (0.07～0.20),P ＜0.01],and lower total cholesterol [RR =0.88,95％ CI (0.06～ 1.71),P ＜0.05].There was no significant difference in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores,ECG efficacy,triglycerides levels between two groups.Conclusion In the treatment of coronary heart disease angina,Dunye Guanxinning is better than conventional treatment of drugs,and has a lipid-lowering effect to a certain extent.
