Clinical Observation on Integrative Medicine in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Myocardial Ischemia

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrative medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) and myocardial ischemia.Methods One hundred and fifty patients with CHD and myocardial ischemia were selected in hospital from December 2011 to December 2014 and randomly divided into two groups:control group (n =75) treated with western medicine treatment,and treatment group (n =75) treated with integrative medicine.Dynamic ECG was detected before and after treatment.Changes of clinical parameters were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were analyzed.Results Compared with data before treatment,ST segment depression,ischemic attack time,ischemic attack frequency,heart rate decreased irn two groups after treatment (P ＜0.05).Compared with that before treatment,6 min walking distance,stroke volume,cardiac output,cardiac index,left ventricular ejection fraction increased in two groups after treatment (P ＜0.05).ST -segment depression,ischemic attack time,ischemic attack frequency,heart rate in treatment group were lower than that in control group after treatment (P ＜0.05).6 min walking distance,stroke volume,cardiac output,cardiac index,left ventricular ejection fraction in treatment group were higher than that in control group after treatment (P ＜0.05).Total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group (P ＜0.05).There was no difference in adverse reactions (nausea and vomiting,gastrointestinal reactions,dizziness and headache,and allergic reactions) between two groups (P ＞0.05).Conclusion Integrative medicine has significant effect in the treatment of CHD myocardial ischemia,which can significantly improve clinical symptoms and indications.
