Clinical Observation on Xiongbi 2 Prescription in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Syndrome

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiongbi 2 prescription (X2P) in the treatment of stable angina pectoris (SAP) with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods Sixty-four patients with SAP and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups:control group (n =32) treated with routine treatment,and treatment group (n =32) treated with routine treatment and X2P for 12 weeks.The clinical symptoms,electrocardiogram curative effect and the change of Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) scores were compared between two groups.Results The scores of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptoms improved in treatment group,which was better than that in control group.The symptom of angina improved in treatment group,which was better than that in control group.The scores of depression and anxiety factors were improved in treatment group.Corcluslon X2P can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and emotional disorders in patients with SAP and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.
