Clinical Observation on Amiodarone and Shensong Yangxin Capsule in the Treatment of Patients with Arrhythmia

Abstract：Objective To observe the effects of amiodarone and Shensong Yangxin capsule (SYC) on the clinical efficacy,feasibility and hemodynamics in patients with arrhythmia.Methods Ninety-four patients with arrhythmia from April 2014 to October 2016 were randomly divided into two groups:control group (n=47) treated with amiodarone,and treatment group (n=47) treated with amiodarone and SYC for 2 months.The clinical efficacy,hemodynamics,inflammatory factors,and adverse reactions were observed.Results The total clinical effective rate was higher in treatment group than that in control group (P<0.05).The plasma specific viscosity,hematocrit,fibrinogen,and cell sedimentation rate were lower in treatment group than that in control group (P<0.05).The inflammatory cytokines levels and adverse reaction rate were lower in treatment group than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone and SYC has an obvious effect on arrhythmia,which can improve hemodynamics.
