Clinical Observation on Caleium Dibulyryl Cyclic Adenosine Monophate and Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of Caleium Dibulyryl Cyclic Adenosine Monophate and Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection (DCI) to treat chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods Eighty-six patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups:control group (n=43) treated with routine treatment,and treatment group (n=43) treated with Caleium Dibulyryl Cyclic Adenosine Monophate and DCI in the basis of routine treatment for 2 weeks.The efficacy of treatment of two groups were compared.Results The heart function were improved in two groups after treatment.The total clinical effective rate was 97.67% in treatment group,which was significantly higher than that in control group (65.11%,P<0.05).The total efficiency of 6 min walking test was 95.34% in treatment group,which was significantly higher than that in control group (76.74%,P<0.05).After treatment, N-terminal B type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) levels were decreased in two groups (P<0.05),which was lower in treatment group than that in control group (P<0.01).Compared with before treatment, left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDd) were reduced in two groups (P<0.05),and left ventricular ejection ejection fraction (LVEF), cardiac output (CO) were improved (P<0.05).The index was better in treatment group than that in control group (P<0.01).There was no obvious adverse reactions in two groups.Conclusion Caleium Dibulyryl Cyclic Adenosine Monophate and DCI can improve heart function in patients with CHF,which is safe and effective.
