Abstract:Objective To study the predictive value of eosinophils and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in patients with coronary slow flow(CSF).Methods Sixty patients with CSF(observation group) and 60 patients with normal coronary flow (control group)were enrolled in the study. The basic data and inflammatory markers were compared and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the basic character between two groups (P>0.05).The corrected thrombolysis in myocardial infarction (TIMI) frame count (CTFC) showed that LAD,LCX and RCA were 44.5±11.4,30.2±7.9,28.3±3.7 in observation group,22.3±6.9,18.6±4.3,6.4±5.4 in control group, respectively (P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis shows that eosinophils and NLR may be the independent predictive factors for CSF(P<0.05).Conclusion Eosinophils and NLR may be the independent predictive factors for slow flow.
