Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of post-ischemic postconditioning on tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI).Methods Two hundreds and eighty-six patients with ACI from March 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital were divided into 72 hours observation group and the control group, 72 hours to 1 week after treatment of the observation group and the control group. The National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scores, and TNF-α levels were observed. Results After treatment of 72 hours, the NIHSS scores in observation group within 72 hours were better than that in control group. The NIHSS scores in observation group were superior to that of the control group after 72 hours to 1 week(P<0.05).The level of TNF-α in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Ischemic posterior limb adaptation can effectively reduce the blood levels of TNF-α in patients with ACI.
