Effects of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction on Neurological Function and Hematoma Volume in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage:a Meta Analysis

Abstract：Objective To assess the effects of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction (THD) and conventional treatment for cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The three major domestic online journals about THD and the routine treatment of cerebral hemorrhage by literature collection.The literature was selected by the inclusion criteria and the exclusion criteria were excluded and exclusion criteria were used to exclude literature.Review Manager 5.1 was used to analyze the consistency and heterogeneity of CNIS score and hematoma volume.Results After exclusion criteria, a total of 11 studies were included, of which CNIS score of neurological deficit, 4 studies were volume of hematoma.THD combined with group score of neural function defect was significantly better than the conventional treatment group (MSD =-3.96,Z=7.46,P<0.000 01).THD combined group to reduce the volume of hematoma should be significantly better than the conventional treatment group(MSD=-5.83,Z=9.53,P<0.000 01).Conclusion THD combined therapy can significantly reduce the neurological function defect score of CNIS and hematoma volume, are conducive to the protection of nerve function and reduce hematoma volume.
