Yangxinshi Tablet in the Treatment of Stable Angina Based on 3R Integrated Research System

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the efficacy, safety and pharmacoeconomics of Yangxinshi tablet (YXST) in the treatment of stable angina using 3R integrated research system.Methods Efficacy, safety evaluation using pharmacoepidemiology observational research methods,the improvement of angina symptoms and quality of life was as the measure of effectiveness.The medication-related adverse reactions was as the measure of safety.The pharmacoeconomics research using prospective case-control study,the number of angina episodes was as the main efficacy index, and cost-effectiveness of pharmaco economics evaluation was used non-inferior design.Results YXST was better than the control drug Naoxintong capsule in terms of relieving angina symptoms,improving the Seattle Angina Questionnaire, the main clinical symptoms, duration of angina pectoris and clinical grading improvement.In the cost-effectiveness comparison of pharmacoeconomics, the quality of life-adjusted and VAS scores was better than the control drug during the 90-day observation period.Conclusion YXST is efficacy, safe and obvious economic advantages in patients with stable angina and qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
