Clinical Observation on Xueshuantong and Concentrated Naodesheng Pill in the Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke

Abstract：Objective To research the Xueshuantong and Concentrated Naodesheng pill in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods Eighty-six patients with acute ischemic stroke,wich from January 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital,the control group(n=43) treatmented by Xuesahungtong,the experimental group (n=43) treatmented by Concentrated Naodesheng pill based on the control group.The oxidative stress,inflammatory factors,blood rheology,NSE,S-100β,National Institutes Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scores,curative effect and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the oxidative stress,inflammatory factors and blood rheology of experimental group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The S-100β,NSE of experimental group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).The NIHSS of experimental group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than the control group (95.35% vs 81.40%,P<0.05).Conclusion The effectis reliable of Xueshuantong and Concentrated Naodesheng pill in treatment acute ischemic stroke,can promote oxidative stress,inflammatory factors,hemorheology,neurological function improvement.
