Abstract:Objective To study the levels of serum lipid in the patients of Parkinson's disease (PD) and Parkinson's disease syndrome(PDS).Methods The differences of serum lipids levels among 82 PD patients,62 PDS patients and 80 controls were retrospectively analyzed.Total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1),apolipoprotein B (ApoB) and Lipoprotein a (LPa) were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of ApoA1,ApoB,LDL-C,TG in PD and PDS patients were decreased significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion Lower levels of ApoA1,ApoB,LDL-C,TG may be the risk factors of PD and PDS.
