Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between hypertension and heart rate variability (HRV) in patients with type Ⅱ cardio-renal syndrome (CRS), and understand the impact of hypertension on autonomic nervous system in patients with type Ⅱ CRS.Methods One hundred and eighty-seven patients with type Ⅱ CRS were selected in Cardiology Department in Guang'anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences between January 2015 and June 2014.According to hypertension or not, they were divided into hypertension group (n= 105) and normal blood pressure group (n= 82).Applying to the use of MIC-12H type three-lead synchronous Holter-wide information system,it recorded HRV datas in each group of patients, and compared the difference of time domain index, including PNN50 HRV, RMSSD, SDANN, and SDNn.Results PNN50, RMSSD, SDANN and SDNN in hypertension group were lower than that in normal blood pressure group, the differences were statistically significant.HRV,SDANN,SDNN were negatively associated with functional class. Conclusion There is severe autonomic nervous system dysfunction in type Ⅱ cardio-renal syndrome with hypertension, and as the increase of cardiac function, autonomic nervous system dysfunction is more serious.
