Effect of Yiqi Shuxin Pill on Left Ventricular Diastolic Dysfunction in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after PCI

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Shuxin pill (YSP) on left ventricular diastolic function in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods One hundred and two patients with CHD after PCI who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups:control group (n= 50) treated with routine treatment,and treatment group (n= 52) treated with routine treatment plus YSP for 6 months.The scores of qi deficiency syndrome, blood stasis syndrome were observed before and after treatment.The changes of left ventricular diastolic function were measured by color Doppler ultrasound echocardiography.Results Compared with data before treatment,the scores of qi deficiency syndrome and blood stasis syndrome were lower,and left ventricular diastolic function was improved in treatment group after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion YSP can improve the qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and the left ventricular diastolic function in patients with CHD after PCI.
