Effect of Yanggan Yishui Granule on Early Renal Damage and Multiple Cardiovascular Risk Factors in Patients with Hypertension

Abstract：Objective To observe the effects of Yanggan Yishui granule (YYG) on the levels of microalbuminuria(MA),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),α1-microglobulin(α1-MG),transferrin(TRF),immunoglobulinG(IgG) and the influence of multiple cardiovascular risk factors in patients with early renal damage induced by essential hypertension(EH).Methods One hundred and sixty-eight hypertensive patients with early renal damage were randomly divided into two groups:control group (n= 58) treated with routine treatment,and treatment group (n= 110) treated with YYG in the basis of routine treatment for 12 weeks.Before treatment and 6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,the clinical curative effect,traditional Chinese medical syndrome score were observed.The change of blood pressure was monitored.MA,IgG,α1-MG,β2-MG,TRF, total cholesterol, fasting plasma glucose, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, uric acid and other risk factors of cardiovascular disease index and safety index were observed.Results After treatment,TCM syndrome score,urinary micro protein, blood pressure,cardiovascular risk factors index in two groups were lower than before treatment,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion YYG has synergistic antihypertensive effect, can improve the symptoms, alleviate early renal damage, reduce multiple cardiovascular risk factors in hypertensive patients with early renal damage.
