Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of TAXUS-LiberteTM-SR stent on the incidence of cardiovascular disease in patients with non-selective coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods Three hundreds and twenty-eight patients with CHD after coronary artery interventional treatment and juxtaposition in drug eluting stents in January 2012 to December 2014 were selected.Patients were divided into SES group (n=164) and PES group (n=164) according to the stent implantation. The incidence rate of cardiovascular disease (including target lesion revascularization, target vessel revascularization, stent thrombosis rate, mortality, myocardial infarction incidence rate and recurrence rate) were observed. Results After 1 year of follow-up,the target lesion blood transport reconstruction rate, target blood vessel revascularization rates, stent thrombosis formation rate, myocardial infarction incidence, recurrence rate of angina pectoris was 4.88%,6.10%,1.83%,2.44%,10.37% in SES group and 7.93%,9.15%,2.44%,1.83%,10.98% in the PES group. There was no difference in the incidence of cardiovascular disease between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The incidence of CHD is consistent in patients with non-selective CHD by TAXUS-LiberteTM-SR eluting stent and sirolimus eluting stent.
