Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of Danlou tablet (DLT)on serum uric acid and bilirubin in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods Forty-eight patients with ACS accept the treatment of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI)were randomly divided into two groups:control group (n=24)treated with routine treatment, and treatment group (n=24)treated with routine treatment plus DLT for 3 months. The levels of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),bilirubin and uric acid were examined before and after 3 months of treatment. Results After 3 months of treatment, the levels of serum hs-CRP and uric acid in treatment group were lower than that in control group, while serum bilirubin level in treatment group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion DLT can increase the bilirubin level and decrease the uric acid level in patients with ACS.
