The Infuluence of Danhong Injection on Blood Rheology and Blood Lipid in Patients with Posterior Circulation Ischemia

Abstract：Objective To observe the effects of Danhong injection (DHI)in treating patients with posterior circulation ischemia (PCI). Methods Fifty-nine patients with PCI were randomly divided into two groups:control group treated with vinpocetine injection,and treatment group treated with vinpocetine injection plus DHI for 2 weeks.The curative effect was observed,blood rheology and lipid were observed. Results The clinical effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in the control group (86.67% vs 75.86%, P<0.05).There was no differences in adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05). After the treatment,the blood rheology (viscosity,low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity and reduced viscosity)and blood lipid in the treatment group were significantly im-proved (P<0.05).Conclusion DHI can improving blood rheology and blood lipid,and is effective and safe on treating PCI.
