Clinical Observation on Tongue Veins Signs in Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Different Diseases Based on Tongue Diag-nosis of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract：Objective To observe the situation of tongue collaterals in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD)complicated with different diseases. Methods Patients with CHD were selected from June 2013 to October 2013 in the Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The tongue manifestation was collected.The length,thickness,color and tortuous degree of the bot-tom of the tongue were observed in patients with different diseases. Results The main performances was tongue base context short,fine,cyanosis,mild tortuous in patients with simple CHD.It was tongue bottom context by the long,crude,cyanosis,severe tor-tuosity as the main performance in CHD patients complicated with diabetes mellitus (DM). It was tongue base sequence length, thickness,moderate mainly tortuous,cyanosis in CHD patients complicated with hypertension. The main performances was tongue base context to in length,diameter,cyanosis,severe tortuosity in CHD patients complicated with DM and hypertension. Conclusion There was the different tongue veins signs in CHD patients complicated with different diseases.
