Abstract:The time RR scatterplot main features of paired premature ventricular contractions(PPVCs)are two segments parallelled to the X-axis under the main sinus plot:VV interval plot and NV interval plot. The Lorenz-RR scatterplot of PPVCs have the below characteristics. ①The after premature contraction plot and the main sinus plot can be separated from each other, partially or com-pletely overlap. Thus its Lorenz-RR scatterplot can be a 4 or 5 distribution graph. ②The spindle axis of the before premature con-traction plot is parallel to the X.③The first prematrue contraction plots of PPVCs located at the proximal end of a baseball bat, fast acceleration zone which is below constant line,is point block-like. ④The second prematrue contraction plots of PPVCs spindle is parallel to the Y axis. ⑤The spindle slope of the after prematrue contraction plots is about 1/2 .When identifying, the first step is to observe whether the point block-like scatter set exists. If it exists, there may be PPVCs or inserted premature ventricular contractions (IPVCs).Both can be identified by the spindle of the subgraph located in deceleration district. If the spindle of the subgraph parallel to the Y-axis,there must be PPVCs.It can be judged to be IPVCs.
