The Influence of Shexiang Baoxin Pil on the Effeney and hs CRP in Patients with Angina Pectoris after PCI

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of Shexiang Baoxin pil on (SXBXP)on the effency,high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs CRP)and C reactive protein (CRP)in patients with angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Forty eight patients with angina pectoris after PCI were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=24)treated with rou-tine treatment (aspirin,nitrates,calcium antagonists,beta blockers,statins,low molecular weight heparin),and treatment group(n=24)treated with routine treatment plus SXBXP for 4 weeks.The levels of hs CRP and CRP were detected before treatment and at 7 d,21 d and 30 d after treatment.Urine routine,blood glucose,liver and kidney function,blood coagulation time and myocardial en-zymes were determined before and after medication.The improvement status of angina symptoms,adverse cardiovascular events,ad-verse drug reactions and hs CRP level were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly bet-ter than that of the control group (P<0.01).After treatment,hs CRP level in treatment group was decreased more obviously than that in control group (P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction happened in two groups.Conclusion SXBXP can improve the clinical symptoms of angina pectoris in patients after PCI,and reduce hs CRP level.
