Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of long term aerobic exercise on improving cardiac and pulmonary function, red blood cel immune function and T lymphocyte changes in sub healthy people. Methods One hundred and twelve healthy people from Au-gust 2012 to August 2014 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,56 cases in each group. The control group was used for common exercise.Cardiovascular function and pulmonary function were measured before and after aerobic exer-cise,and the improvement of cardiopulmonary function in two groups of patients before and after exercise were analyzed. Results The quiet heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, pulse pressure and cardiac function index of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). VC (4.9± 0.9)L,FVC (3.2± 0.5)L,MVV (116.8± 12.5)L in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group (P<0.05). There was significant difference in blood rbc c3brr and RBC ICR proportion between experimental group and control group (P<0.05).The experimental group subjects in T3 period T lymphocyte subsets CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ratio and ratio of CD4+ /CD8+ decreased continual y and in T4 period gradual y returned to the pre exercise quiet state, there was no obvious change T lymphocyte and subsets befor and after the exercise,be-tween two groups(P>0. 05). Conclusion Aerobic exercise can improve the cardiovascular function, and lung function in sub healthy people.
