Abstract:Objective To study blood rheology changes about the different types of hypertension. Methods Three hundreds and two patients in the medical center of the Southern District of Guanganmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences in Ju-ly 2015 were selected. Asking medical history, measuring height, weight,BMI,blood pressure, blood routine and biochemical indica-tors,blood rheology and other indicators, and applying SA 6000 automatic blood hemorheology test detecting medical groups, and based on the blood pressure value,al were divided into four groups, namely health group(n=183),double hypertensive group (n=49), isolated diastolic hypertension group (n=30),isolated systolic hypertension group (n=40).The blood rheology were compared a-mong four groups. Results ANOVA test showed that whole bloodlow cut (1/s,5/s),whole blood cut (50/s),whole blood high cut(100/s, 200/s),whole blood low cutrelative index of hypertension group and IDH group were statistical y higher than health group(P<0.05).The low blood cut (1/s,5/s),whole blood cut (50/s),high shear whole blood (100/s,200/s)of isolated systolic hypertension were respec-tively lower than hypertensive group and isolated diastolic hypertension group(P<0.05),whereas there was no significant difference between the healthy group.Whole blood high cut relative index of isolated systolic hypertension was statistical y lower than hyperten-sive group(P<0.05). There was no difference between plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index. Analysis of lipid levels showed that triglycerides and cholesterol level of hypertension, isolated diastolic hypertension and isolated systolic hypertension were statistical y higher than health groups(P<0.05),there was statistical y significant difference between isolated systolic hypertension and hypertensive group on level of the triglycerides and low density lipoprotein(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that triglycer-ides (TG),cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cho lesterol (HDL C)were al positively correlated with whole blood high cut relative index(r=0.180,P=0.006;r=0.275,P=0.000;r=0.170,P=0.009).Conclusion In the process of developing hyperten-sion,there was obvious blood viscosity state in isolated diastolic hypertension and hypertension, while there was blood viscosity trend in isolated systolic hypertension, but blood viscosity state was not obvious. Diastolic blood pressure was a risk factor for hypertension in patients with blood viscosity, and diastolic blood pressure could increase the risk of thrombosis in patients.
