Clinical Observation on Shenfu Injection and Xinmailong Injection in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Diastolic Heart Failure

Abstract：Objective To research the clinical effect of Shenfu injection (SFI)and Xinmailong injection (XMLI)in the treatment of cor-onary heart disease (CHD)with diastolic heart failure (DHF).Methods Sixty four patients with CHD and DHF were randomly di-vided into two groups:control group(n=32)treated with routine treatment,and treatment group(n=32)treated with routine treat-ment plus SFI and XMLI.The clinical therapeutic effect,the distance of 6 minute walk test (6MWT),N terminal pro B type na-triuretic peptide (NT pro BNP),the parameters (IVRT,E/A)of the diastolic function of ventricle,and the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)were observed.Results The total clinical effective rate was 87.50% in treatment group,which was significantly high-er than that in control group(75.00%,P<0.05).The BNP level in treatment group was obviously lower than that in control group (P<0.05).The diastolic function of ventricle and LVEF were improved in treatment group (P<0.05).Conclusion SFI and XMLI plus rou-tine treatment can improve the diastolic function of ventricle,reduced LVEF in patients with CHD and DHF.
