Coexistent Diseases and Medicinal Analysis for 13 397 Patients with Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage Based on Real World Date

Abstract:Objective The aim was to know the situations of coexistent disease and combination use of Chinese and western medi-cines in inpatients with acute cerebral hemorrhage (ACH)in China.Methods Using frequency and related analysis to analysis diag-nosis and medical orders of 13397 inpatients with ACH based on the Hospital Information System (HIS)data established by Institute of Basic Research in Clinic Medicine,China Academy Chinese Medical Sciences.Results Coexistent disease was mainly on hyper-tension.Combination use of Chinese and western medicines was mainly on dehydrant combined with Chinese medicinals which could induce resuscitation and invigorate the blood.Conclusion Patients with 45 to 64 year olds should especial y pay attention to control blood pressure,strengthen the early intervention.Chinese drugs for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis has extensive appliation prospects in the treatment of ACH.
