Research Progress of Myocardial Reparation in Stem Cel s

Abstract：For the past few years,stem cel therapy for myocardial infarction has always been the hot point in regenerative medicine research. From the early studies,while some progress has been made in this field,but for its efficacy is debated. What’s more,some important issues had been found in the research,which need a better knowledge of the molecular mechanisms of cardiac develop-ment and myocardial regeneration,in order to solve them.Later,scholars create new types of stem cel s by refining and improving the initial stem cel s with genetic technology and genetic pharmacology.Then,they become the new direction for research immediately.At present,new stem cel s have been tested in animal experiments and phaseⅠ/Ⅱ clinical trials,and a large number of applications are in phase III clinical trial. It brings a new down for cardiovascular regenerative medicine,remain new hopes for the myocardial regener-ation of patients with myocardial infarction.
