Review on the Effects of Chinese Herb on Warfarin Anticoagulation

Abstract：With the widely clinical application and the increasing combination with warfarin,Chinese Herb interfere with warfarin metab-olism to affect anticoagulation by influening the combination of warfarin and plasma protein,cytochrome P450 (CYP450)enzyme ac-tivity and transporter function,or anticoagulation or antiplateletion itself can enhance warfarin anticoagulation.This article summarizes recent articals of Chinese herb affect warfarin anticoagulation and the possible mechanism to provide reference for rational clinical drug use.
