Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of heart rate variability (HRV)and its elements by blood lipid, blood sugar and blood u-ric acid in coronary heart disease (CHD),hypertension, diabetes mel itus. Methods One hundred and thirty two patients in vasculo-cardiology department of our hospital from January 2014 to May 2015 were chosed and their biochemical indicator and 24 h HOLTER were measured on the admitting day. The relationship between the time domain indices of HRV and blood sugar, blood lipid, blood u-ric acid was analyzed. Person correlation coefficient was adopted to determine their correlation. Results Among the biochemical indi-cators,triglycerides (TG)had a constant negative relation to RMSSD and PNN50.APOLA1 and high density lipoprotein (HDL)had paradox correlation to HRV.FPG affects mainly on SDANN and indicates having an activating sympathy nerve function.UA has no evi-dent correlation to HRV.Conclusion Single metabolic factor has a limited and paradox influence to HRV.It is more meaningful to study HRV by disease .The object to measure HRV lies in predicting a subject’s cardiovascular risk.
