Study on Composition Rule of Clinical Medicine in Vascular Dementia Based on Association Rules

Abstract：Objective To discuss the composition rule of clinical medicine in vascular dementia.Methods The 101 Chinese medicine literatures of treatment vascular dementia were retrieved by CNKI database,which of clinical medicine composition was data Data mining by Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System,the method include prescription drugs frequency statistics,asso-ciation rules analysis.Results Thirty three kinds drugs were used over 10 times in 167 kinds of Chinese medicine drugs of 101 pre-scriptions.14 couplet medicines were got in the condition of 20 support degree.1 couplet medicines were got when degree of confi-dence exceed or equal 0.9.Conclusion The most common used drugs for clinical treatment in vascular dementia were drugs with ac-tivating microcirculation and removing stasis,replenishing kidney,dissipating phlegm for resuscitation.Rhizoma acori graminei and the root of remembranous milk vetch,rhizoma acori graminei and Salvia miltiorrhiza,Rhizoma ligustici wal ichi and the root of remembra-nous milk vetch are commonly used for the treatment of vascular dementia compatibility.
