Clinical Observation on Fuling Sini Decoction and Phentolamine Mesylate in the Treatment of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease Heart Failure

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effects of Fuling Sini decoction (FSD)and phentolamine mesylate in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease heart failure (CPHD HF).Methods Eighty eight patients with CPHD HF from July 2014 to June 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:control group (n=44)treated by conventional treatment with phentolamine me-sylate,observation group (n=44)treated by FSD plus conventional treatment with phentolamine mesylate for one course.The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVEDs),left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVIDd), troponin T (cTnT),N terminal brain natriuretic peptide (N BNP),homocysteine (HCY),6 min walking distance test (6 MWT),my-ocardial function integral,indices such as traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome integral,clinical efficacy and adverse reac-tions were evaluated.Results After treatment,the indexes in observation group were better than that before treatment(P<0.05). LVEF,cTnT,N BNP,HCY,6 MWT,myocardial function integral,TCM syndrome scores in control group were better than that before treatment(P<0.05).The indexes in observation group were better than that in control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate was 90.91% in observation group,which was higher than that in control group(72.73%,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse re-actions were 4.55% in observation group,and 9.09% in control group,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion FSD and phentolamine mesylate has the obvious therapeutic effect,lower incidence of adverse reactions in patients with CPHD HF.
