Protective Effects of Yangxinshi Tablet on Chronic Myocardial Ischemia with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Modeel in Rats

Abstract：Objective To study the protective effects of Yangxinshi tablet (YXST)on chronic myocardial ischemia with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in rats.Methods Sixty wistar male rats were randomly divided into six groups:sham group,model group, positive control group,YXST high dose group,medial dose group and low dose group.After twenty eight days of continuous admin-istration,rat with chronic myocardial ischemia with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome was made by multiple factors way,then myocardial infarct size was measured.The activities of creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),superoxide dismutase (SOD),malonaldehyde(MDA)were determined in each groups.Results The models’Σ ST improved,myocardial infarction size reduced,obviously activities of CK,LDH,MDA decreased,and the contents of SOD increased in YXST groups.Conclusion YXST shows protective effects on Chronic myocardial ischemia with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
