The Targets Prediction of Juhua Shuxin Tableta in the Treatment of Stable Angina Pectoris Based on Network Pharmacology

Abstract：Objective To predict potential targets of Juhua Shuxin tablets(JST)on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (CHD)by network pharmacology. Methods To integrate the targets information of Drugbank,Therapeutic Target Database and id-Target database,and use Cytoscape software to construct and visualize molecular network of stable angina pectoris,compounds targets network of Juhua JST and compounds stable angina pectoris targets network of JST.Results the results of network analy-sis have preliminarily revealed that there were 12 predicted targets of JST stable angina pectoris,and the results showed that the main biological processes included steroid hormone receptor activity,tumor necrosis factor receptor binding and oxidoreductase ac-tivity. Conclusion The components of mode of JST may effect in treatment of stable angina pectoris of CHD multi target,by multi pathway.
