Abstract:Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of glucose insulin potassium (GIK)and 1,6 diphosphate in the treatment of acute myocardial injury. Methods One hundred and thirty patients with acute myocardial injury in our hospital, according to the different treatment divided them into observation group and control group,65 cases in each group, the observation group was trea-ted with GIK,the control group was treated with 1,6 diphosphate. The myocardial enzyme changes were observed before and after treatment. Results The total clinical effective rate was 95.38% in observation group, which was superior to control group(78.46%,P<0.05). The levels of aspartate aminotransferase (AST),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),creatine kinase (CK),creatine kinase MB (CK MB)were improved after treatment. The effects of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclu-sion GIK can effectively protect the heart in patients with acute myocardial injury.
